To be honest we didn't start off well so I didn't make it easy for her..was a break down off communication.. she was very patient professional and listened...she's calming put me at ease my mind at rest answered all my questions..explain in detail nothing was too much for her .. she went the extra mile 5 🌟 she's a credit to the company
