I received an email thanking me for my business, followed by another containing my 'policy details.' Shortly after, I received an apology email stating that they hadn't intended to send those messages. I thought about reaching out to ask how they obtained my information, but it seems like a strategy to engage me for selling purposes.
My spouse had a minor presymptomatic lung cancer identified accidentally during a scan, which was then surgically removed with high hopes for recovery. All of this was communicated in initial discussions with the representative. However, he neglected to ask even fundamental questions regarding the type of cancer that he later claimed made her uninsurable, while misleadingly suggesting she would be insurable after two years. This not only wasted our time but forced me to inform my wife that she would be uninsurable for five years. Can you imagine how detrimental that is for her? It's the first time she has ever been denied insurance! We wouldn't have proceeded if we had been told the truth initially. Completely ineffective. Please do your job properly next time.
Got an email thanking me for my business, then got another email with my "policy details" then got another email apologising because they didn't mean to send me emails. I was going to email them and ask how they got my details but I think it's a ploy, that once they get you replying then they try to sell something
