My experience with Caviani has been the worst of my life. At first, the salesperson Ryan seemed very nice and promised to give me suggestions based on my house. He suggested that we could meet at the local office and even show me some items there. However, when we drove for 1.5 hours to the office, no one was there. Despite my attempts to contact Ryan, he never answered his phone. After waiting for an additional hour, we had to drive back home.The following week, Ryan contacted me and said that he could finally meet us at the office. We scheduled a SECOND appointment, but after we had already left home, he texted us to cancel it. At this point, I told him to send me links to his suggested items so I could purchase them directly, as I still trusted him. However, he never sent me the list and didn't answer my calls.To make matters worse, I tried to contact their customer service at (877) 546-2055, but no one answered. This makes me wonder, if customers buy damaged items, how can they request a return or refund? Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by Caviani and Ryan. I feel like everything was a big lie.
