I never received my package, and the courier confirmed in writing that it was lost. The seller refused to take responsibility, relying on a photo of a package left at a door that wasn’t mine and continuously directing me to contact the courier, despite the fact that only the sender can initiate a claim. Weeks later, I still have no refund or replacement. Very poor handling of a straightforward non-delivery issue.
