I never received my package, and the courier confirmed in writing that it was lost. The seller refused to take responsibility, relying on a photo of a package left at a door that wasn’t mine and continuously directing me to contact the courier, despite the fact that only the sender can initiate a claim. Weeks later, I still have no refund or replacement. Very poor handling of a straightforward non-delivery issue.

I ordered caviar on August 9, 2023, for my husband’s birthday, as I have done many times before without issues. This time it never arrived, and there was no response to several emails, nor could I reach anyone by phone. Thankfully, I paid through a payment service and got my money back. I will never use this seller again, very disappointed.
Avoid this seller. My fresh truffles were not delivered. There was no response to numerous email inquiries, and I received no replies to many phone calls. The seller is not a reputable or honest trader. I used a payment service and received an immediate refund. Avoid this scam seller.
Delivery arrives late or not at all. This has happened several times, and I always hope for improvement, but sadly it hasn’t happened. Each time I order for a party, I'm left waiting. Now it's been 11 days, and I'm still waiting for my truffles.
