Cawdor is a well-run, customer-focused business with strong values and a genuine commitment to both its customers and its staff. The dealership places a clear emphasis on quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement, which made it a rewarding environment to work in.The team at Llanelli were dedicated and supportive, and I was proud to lead a service department that consistently aimed to deliver high standards of customer care. Senior management were approachable and invested in doing things the right way, encouraging collaboration and providing the support needed to overcome challenges and improve processes.My only criticism would be a minor one. I worked alongside a service adviser who, at times, appeared a little work shy. However, to Cawdor’s credit, the company were keen to support and retain him, making genuine efforts to help him improve and make the role work rather than taking the easy option. This, in my view, speaks positively of Cawdor’s culture and their willingness to invest in people.Overall, Cawdor Cars Llanelli was a great place to work, offering a professional yet supportive environment. I would happily recommend the company to anyone looking for a dealership that values integrity, teamwork, and long-term development.
