I joined Gut Health Harmony because I was miserable

I joined Gut Health Harmony because I simply could not take another day of feeling so bloated that I didn’t want to move or be touched or do anything. I knew there was something going on inside me that regular doctors and naturopathic doctors were not helping me with. I had tested positive for SIBO in the past and treated it with supplements suggested to me by a naturopathic dr but the symptoms kept returning. I had done elimination diets, tried all the teas, peppermint pills and just nothing helped. I would be in tears some days because it was just too much to handle and I couldn’t enjoy life.I came across Cayla on Instagram and immediately signed up for the free consultation. Literally the minute we started talking I was like, “this girl gets it!”. She completely understood where I was coming from and her approach seemed to make SO much sense to me. I am 4 months into the program and I really feel SO much better. I do not bloat nearly as often as I used to. It happens maybe super randomly and even when it does it’s not nearly as bad as it was previously. My skin is also unbelievably clear.
