Wow the reviews here are really horrible, I'm very new so just reviewing based on Gameplay. I spent 10 for 20 and was winning well but then it just wouldn't hit anymore. After reading some of the reviews I'm scared to put more money but I'll think about it. I do see some have cashed out. New Casinos have some issues so I'm still going to do 4 stars because this isn't the first time I've lost on my first deposit. If I decide to play and deposit again and lose or win or cash out I'll update 5 stars. I'm not going to do less because I wasn't lucky. The games are fun but please do work on the win/lose ratio. I saw so many comments on customer service. I had to contact customer service and I actually spoke to someone really fast so I'm not sure what that's about. He was super nice and helpful and that's what got them 4 stars. I'll update 5 when I cash out. Test these for yourself sometimes. You can't always go by the reviews. I'm sorry to those who had such bad feelings. I hope that they reach out to their customers and pay them. It'll keep them with paying customers if they honor their payments. But I saw one complaint about having to play through, well most are like that. So you're not gonna like any Casino Rate better to those who have cashed out. Thank you to great customer service!
