Absolute waste of time and the whole experience screams scam. I reached out to them to close my account and requested a refund of all purchases after I realized this was not a legit site. They had me jump through HOOPS verifying my account just to deny me the refund (quoting their TOC of course) and say they will “look into” closing my account. Absolutely unacceptable. I plan to file a complaint everywhere I possibly can.
