I requested to have a purchase limit on my account, they sent me an email to confirm it was done; however the system kept letting me make purchases. I contacted them multiple times to now not only have my account blocked but also had a redemption pending and I have no clue what the status is of it. I requested a refund of all purchases made today due to their non-compliance with Responsible Gaming. Beware of this site - especially if you rely on setting up responsible gaming tools. I will be reaching out to Delaware Attorney General office as well since they have an office located there - they are based out of Ireland so I will be looking into other avenues to report them as well. At this point I just want the money back - they can keep me blocked.
