The positive aspect is that the various locations maintain a good level of cleanliness and friendly service. However, I find their expertise in diesel engines to be quite limited. The pricing feels excessively high; $215 for an oil change on a 2.8 seems outrageous, especially when the typical cost is around $180 at most. Due to my limited options at the time, I had to proceed with them. They also tried to charge me over $1400 for replacing the turbo intake hoses, whereas the dealer would have done it for $918. I managed to complete the task myself in just 45 minutes. While shop supplies are part of doing business, they seem to itemize it unnecessarily. I will not be returning to their shop.
