Extremely Unprofessional Service from Canaries and British Aluminium Systems S.L.

We initially had a good experience with Canaries and British Aluminium Systems S.L., as they installed several aluminium doors and windows in our property. However, everything changed when a major issue arose with their installation.One of the sliding shower doors fell down while we were away, shattering into countless pieces. Fortunately, no one was in the shower at the time, but this could have resulted in serious injury. The cause of the incident seems to be poor installation, setup, or potentially a manufacturing flaw.After reaching out to their sales representative for over two months, they finally offered a replacement door—but only if we paid for it ourselves, with no compensation or apology for the incident. This is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.We’re now left without a door and no resolution in sight. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere to fix the problem. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company, as their lack of accountability and poor customer service are deeply concerning.
