We were kept up to date on arrival time and goods arrived on time given. The team were polite and helpful the assembly was very good and efficient every care taken to protect our property. All in all excellent 👌.

Updated us twice as to how long they would be.
On arrival they rolled a long mat over our very light carpets. However, the weather was dry and the mat was not really needed but the respect and thought was appreciated.
They delivered us a heavy double bed mattress and even took it upstairs to the bedroom that it was purchased for.

We were at the outlet last Sunday 22nd Feb for a casual visit. But we did not have a plan to purchase anything. We happen to talk to a sales person called Stacy. Stacy is a very experienced person who could clarify all our queries. Stacy helped us to identify a sofa set that meet all our specs. Finally we decided to purchase a sofa set.
She got a very supportive manager who was very helpful to facilitate transaction.
