From the arrival of the technical survey to the upgrade of our (60's) electrical supply and the EPC inspection to the delivery and installation of the system all was amazingly efficient right down to the removal of all the old kit (including the water tanks in the roof, which was unexpected). They even refitted the towel rail in the bathroom as well as upgrading the bathroom to a triple radiator. All now well warm and easy to control, just waiting for our utility to send us a power bill for November to judge the efficiency of the system - fingers crossed🤞p.s. the lovely ladies in the office were superb.
