Requests for more information often come with demands for excessive documentation, yet even after fulfilling all requirements, transfers remain unprocessed for long periods, damaging our business relationships and causing financial losses. Additionally, the bank’s response time to inquiries is highly unsatisfactory — we often wait several days for a reply, which is unacceptable in a business context.
