Amazing customer service from Neil first of all, coming out to look at my 20 year old boiler, talked us through our requirements and we chose one, then spoke to Debbie the next day who was lovely, two days later my new boiler was fitted by Nathan & Stewart who worked quickly & efficiently, Nathan talked me through how to work my Hive, they left my house with no mess.
