Calvin came out to give me a quote later that day was a great price so accepted there and then. That was on Monday . I needed a replacement boiler quickly, with a good quality 30kW combi boiler. We agreed a very competitive price the day they visited and it was installed the next day. They also carried out a couple of repairs without any issues and left a great job! I run an Architect’s firm and have seen plenty of firms work. I am extremely happy with the work of CB services who performed well beyond what I expected. Nice bunch too! Very much recommended for anyone needing this type of work. Altogether excellent!

I’m very happy with my decision to use CB Services Group to remove an old antiquated boiler and install a new boiler new radiators at my property. Darren who arrived to provide a quote, spent time discussing possible pros and cons for citing of a new boiler in a different location which was a huge help in making a final decision as to where boiler should be situated.Craig and Connor carried out the work over a day and a half and I am very pleased with the high standard of their work. New boiler and Hive system all working a treat. Debbie also deserves a mention for ensuring the very detailed quote was received the next day and for ensuring all relevant information was relayed to me. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
From the first meeting i knew i was in great hands, with the information recieved about what was the best boiler till instaltion of the new boiler. The team that arrived were effiecent, tidy and a bid of old fashioned humour. The house is now cosy and thats whats important in this winter weather. My last boiler didn't work right with no hot water so now i have it all. My bonus was to get a free Hive installed, its so good.
Amazing customer service from Neil first of all, coming out to look at my 20 year old boiler, talked us through our requirements and we chose one, then spoke to Debbie the next day who was lovely, two days later my new boiler was fitted by Nathan & Stewart who worked quickly & efficiently, Nathan talked me through how to work my Hive, they left my house with no mess. Highly recommended this company and I will pass on their name to friends & family.

Callum arrived to our freezing cold house to quote for a replacement boiler against two other companies. He was charming, knowledgeable, clear in his explanations to us lay people. He saved us money by quoting for a boiler more suitable to our circumstances compared to two other companies who tried to sell us a larger and more expensive boiler. Craig and John duly arrived early the following week, removed the old boiler and quickly and efficiently installed a shiny new one. We are all toasty now and very happy that we chose CB Services for the job - special nod to Debbie. Can't praise her and the company enough. Come on winter do your worst!
