Callum arrived to our freezing cold house to quote for a replacement boiler against two other companies. He was charming, knowledgeable, clear in his explanations to us lay people. He saved us money by quoting for a boiler more suitable to our circumstances compared to two other companies who tried to sell us a larger and more expensive boiler. Craig and John duly arrived early the following week, removed the old boiler and quickly and efficiently installed a shiny new one.
