CBQ is by far one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. They hold incoming transactions without notice, and then force customers to physically visit a branch just to prove the source of the funds—even when the transfer is from a clear, legal, and verified source. This is completely unacceptable in 2025 when digital banking should offer convenience, not punishment.To make matters worse, the customer service was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and in my experience, showed racist behavior. I felt discriminated against and mistreated for no valid reason, simply for asking for access to my own money. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially when you are a customer of the bank.I strongly warn others to avoid Commercial Bank of Qatar. There are better, more modern, and respectful banks available in Qatar. CBQ seriously needs to review its policies and train its staff on professionalism and equality.
