Invoice 000012122 I purchased the CBQ Method in July 2025 and within watching a few videos, I knew the programme was not going to be effective long term and permanently. I did stop smoking with medically-prescribed bupropion, not CBQ. At some point, the login access I had created back in July was not working, and CBQ then sent me a new password in October 2025, when I contacted them with a request for refund. CBQ Method, emailed me to say that their system showed that I didnt watched any of the videos from the Quit Smoking Program but they did confirm that I watched three videos from a bonus mindset product which according to their platform, should be watched before moving on to watching the Quit Smoking Program. In October when I requested a refund by email, I explained that I had issues with my gallbladder since September which then required surgery and that this was the main reason why I was unable to request a refund within their 60 days policy, The last day to request a refund was 28th September, and I only contacted them to request a refund in October so to me this shows a lack of flexibility. I paid £700+ to access pre-recorded videos of Nasia, to me isnt good value for money, specially when I successfully stopped smoking with prescribed meds and face to face appintments with my GP and a smoke free nurse for free on the NHS. I would say, please read their terms and conditions properly before you commit to buying their product, and know that its pre-recorded videos. Please be aware that if you also post a negative review, they will ask you to remove it. CBQ Method were aware I was not logging in to watch the videos during those 60 days, they also knew I did not ever accessed any of their weekly Q&A sessions, I think members would appreciate a cortesy email from them to check in and ensure the program is suitable and to remind them they are stil within their 60 days garantee and if they wish to cancel they can do so, specially when they can easily track, when you logged in, for how long and to watch what. A little flexibility and understanding towards members circunstances would have gone a long way too.
