Lamenting about my first world problems. I got the 30 day trial of all access CBS and they charged me at 7 days. I called them and they said"... yep, you got the 7 day offer that was running in parallel to the 30 day offer". I said I am cancelling because your on boarding is deceptive and I regret you are going to still charging me for the first month. They said that is the way it is, and they will not cancel until my paid month is over whether I care to watch or not (because they got my money and won't give it back). They did frequently apologize that I felt mislead. I love people apologizing about how I feel.
