Disappointed with the service despite liking the style

I appreciate the style of the items I purchased, but I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the platform. I attempted to change the sizes after ordering through their link, which indicated a 30-minute window for order amendments. It even showed that my request was processed, yet I was refunded for the size I wanted while still receiving the sizes I didn't prefer. Ultimately, I ended up with the wrong size. I realized this when the site prompted me to review all my purchases, including both sizes, even the one I tried to change. When I contacted the support team, it took them days to reply, and they politely suggested I should have verified the size myself. I acknowledge it was my oversight for not checking the measurements closely, but the company is not taking responsibility or adhering to their own policy regarding the 30-minute amendment window. I also inquired about returning the items for a size exchange, but I was informed that it was not possible because they were on sale. However, the website clearly mentioned that exchanges are prohibited only for items discounted by 40% or more, while the ones I bought were only 30% off. In summary, I am left feeling very dissatisfied, and I will not be shopping from this site again for this reason.

It's official! The company has entered a troubling cycle of alienating its core audience. After ruining the weekday morning show, now it's affecting the Saturday edition with niche hosts that don't resonate with current viewers. Many have suggested it's time to switch channels and boycott the service. For management: no matter how much you seek younger viewers, it's those over 50 who are the primary audience, watching over 5 hours of TV daily. My teenager prefers streaming content. Stop pushing away your loyal viewers! The golden days of television ratings are fading, and you're jeopardizing your core audience even faster!
