I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company genuinely earned it. I purchased this e-bike (EK9) through Amazon, and while the bike itself has been great, I had a few questions early on regarding shipping details and some documentation that wasn’t super clear. Every single time I reached out, someone from their team got back to me quickly and actually helped resolve the issue instead of giving generic answers.What really sealed it for me was what happened recently. Three days before Christmas, on the 22nd, I had an accident and damaged the bike pretty badly. I contacted the company expecting nothing more than basic information so I could source replacement parts, things like fork tube sizing and compatibility. I was not expecting what happened next.They went above and beyond and sent me replacement forks completely free of charge, along with a new brake lever and throttle assembly. That level of support, especially right before Christmas, says a lot about the kind of company they are. They stood behind their product in a way you just don’t see very often anymore.I’m extremely glad I chose this bike and even more glad I chose this company. Great product, but even better customer service. That’s what really matters.
