I rarely leave reviews, but this service truly deserves it. I bought this e-bike through an online platform, and while the bike itself has been fantastic, I had a few questions initially about shipping details and some unclear documentation. Each time I reached out, a member of their support team responded promptly and genuinely helped resolve the issue rather than providing generic responses. What really impressed me was an incident that occurred recently. Just three days before Christmas, on the 22nd, I had an accident and severely damaged the bike. I contacted the service expecting only basic information to help me find replacement parts, such as fork tube sizing and compatibility. What happened next was unexpected. They exceeded my expectations by sending me replacement forks at no cost, along with a new brake lever and throttle assembly. That level of support, especially right before the holidays, speaks volumes about the kind of service they provide. They truly stand behind their product in a way that is rare these days. I’m extremely pleased with my choice of bike and even happier with the service I received. Excellent product, but even better customer support. That’s what really counts.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company genuinely earned it. I purchased this e-bike (EK9) through Amazon, and while the bike itself has been great, I had a few questions early on regarding shipping details and some documentation that wasn’t super clear. Every single time I reached out, someone from their team got back to me quickly and actually helped resolve the issue instead of giving generic answers.What really sealed it for me was what happened recently. The EK6 has plenty of power

The EK6 has plenty of power, a comfortable ride, and feels well-built. It handles different terrain with ease and makes getting around effortless while still being enjoyable.I also want to highlight Cybervelo’s customer service. Any interaction I’ve had has been easy, professional, and efficient—they clearly stand behind their product and value their customers.Overall, I’m extremely happy with the EK6 and would 100% recommend Cybervelo to family and friends. If you’re looking for a versatile, fun, and dependable e-bike, this one is well worth it.

These bikes are well built with exceptional design and features . I have the EK4 and I absolutely love it !! Quick to charge has 35 mph on electric and the assist to pedal is awesome .. I just can’t say enough good , I compared all brands and this one tops it

Great Customer Service

My Grandson had a wreck on his new bike he received on Christmas day and bent the front forks. I contacted the company and they were great. I sent them a picture of the damaged forks and they sent me a a new set. Their customer service department went above and beyond what I expected.
