When i received my cbvelo ebike i had two problems, the instrument braket wath broken and a screw defective. The help line was very helpful and sent me a new braket and propose to reimburse the screw i'll buy.Concerning the bike i'm very satisfied .It takes two rides to acquire the right reflexes and use the gears properly.I'm not sure of the distance I can make with the bike using the electrical assist. I'll work on it to manage the best way to go far with the minimum of efforts but the assist is very helpful and powerful.
