Overall customer service was responsive though later in the evening for my time zone which is rather unfortunate as I'm trying to troubleshoot after dark. I had 1 issue with the child seat attachment as it did not attach to my bike's rear rack without me having to purchase additional hardware AND do some modifications, but it is safely attached now and suprisingly my 4 yr old fits in it.
