Terrible experience. Was a client of HSBC FR so with the sale, automatically became a client of CCF FR. Had previously never had an problem in 10+ years but since the transfer it has been issue after issue. A valid bank transfer that went 'missing' in 2025 has still yet to be 'located'. Despite speaking to 3 different conseillers, no one can seem to help me, and my bank manager has simply stopped responding to my emails. Terrible banking service. Terrible customer service. Once I have my money back I'm fleeing.
