Avoid this bank at all costs!I was assigned a relationship manager for my bank account which then transferred to CCF from HSBC. HSBC were very professional and helpful, however since it transferred to CCF the new advisor I was assigned (Pierrick Bourgeais) has been completely unprofessional and incompetent. I explained to him that my address and telephone number changed and after some time I lost access to my account so I sent him various emails to get back on to my account and banking app which he ignored. I later received an email from CCF saying my account had been closed. This was closed without notifying me or contacting me. Once I told them I would be complaining about this the ‘relationship advisor’ contacted me and stated he had contacted me and tried to call me. This is not true. This is the worst banking experience I have had. I have thousands of pounds in this bank account which has been closed down without any discussion with me and without transferring the funds back to me. I lost access to this account around July and this issue is still not resolved. I contacted CCF about this and explained I need another relationship manager that I can trust to look after my account and they have not resolved this, they have ignored this issue completely. This company are completely incompetent. I highly recommend that you use a different banking company.
