As with many monolithic organisations it often depends who the human you interact with, responds. Today Dumez dealt with a fraudulent card transaction with understanding and patience notwithstanding that her 1st language was not English.That said I understand the comments made by others who are not happy with the overall service. 9 months or more ago I would have given no more than 2 stars! Not listening nor delivering back then....so maybe...just maybe someone up the line is listening and watching. There is always hope.
