This is the worst banking experience I have had in my life. As an expat who lived abroad for over 10 years, I have accounts in HSBC in different countries. Then HSBC France became CCF...I received some messages in my account messenger that I didn't see because I don't check the app unless I need it. I was asked in September to update some personal information. In December, I wanted to open a new bank card, contacted the bank, and I was told that "our bank has decided to terminate the banking relationship" and that one letter was on its way to my address abroad. Trying to get an appointment takes ages, the customer service on the phone is just saying to contact your advisor via the app messenger, who's reply is slow and looks like a simple template. No mention about the money on the account. Stay away from this scam...
