Utterly unacceptable and frustrating. I was eagerly anticipating my fridge, sitting by the window to catch any sign of the delivery. Just three minutes later, I received an email with a photo of my door indicating that delivery couldn't be completed due to "absence" when I was actually at home. They didn't even try to knock or use the doorbell. The individual responsible for deliveries in the area on that date should be held accountable.
