Utterly unacceptable and frustrating. I was eagerly anticipating my fridge, sitting by the window to catch any sign of the delivery. Just three minutes later, I received an email with a photo of my door indicating that delivery couldn't be completed due to "absence" when I was actually at home. They didn't even try to knock or use the doorbell. The individual responsible for deliveries in the area on that date should be held accountable.
Completely absurd and disappointing. I was waiting for my fridge, sitting by the window watching for any delivery. The person delivering in that area on that date deserves to be dismissed.
