Completely absurd and disappointing. I was waiting for my fridge, sitting by the window watching for any delivery. Three minutes later, we received an email with a photo of our door stating that it couldn't be delivered due to "absence" when we were at home; they didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell. The person delivering in that area on that date deserves to be dismissed.
