Had no idea what to expect but needed my CCJ's removed as I was trying to buy my first house but unable to get a mortgage. I was really skeptical at first because I did not know it was possible to have a CCJ removed.I did my due diligence and investigated this company.They are absolutely legit 💯.I had an unfair CCJ that had being on my record 2years ago and I was finding it difficult to rent a property much less buy a property.I registered with CCJ removal and Ms Emilia Lane was the paralegal in charge of my case.She was very professional in handling my case.Time line was March 2025,when I registered with them to the 26th of June when it was approved. Our 3 Step CCJ Removal Process
We offer a FREE Case Assessment, to establish if there are legal grounds for removal, before proceeding with your case.
Once we have confirmed this, we will explain our modest fixed fees, which is dependent on your case complexity.
We will assign a Case Worker to mediate with the claimant on your behalf. Your Case Worker will contact the claimant and discuss your case, as a Civil Mediation company in most Small Claims that are Non-Contested, we can reach agreement with them.
Your Case Worker can help you with the Legal Paperwork. Once we have reached agreement with the claimant, we make sure that your paperwork is correctly drafted and satisfies the legal criteria.
The Paperwork is submitted to the Court. Once you have signed the legal paperwork, this must be submitted to the court for a Judge to Approve. Once Approved, the CCJ will be removed from your file. You’ll get written confirmation directly from the court.See more
