I recently encountered them, mimicking the real Arniservices based in Canada which deals with appliance repair. They falsely advertise Assistant Job and are actually scammers trying to lure unsuspecting Americans into opening bank accounts for them to commit fraud. They contacted me with a fake job offer and conducted an interview without following the proper hiring process, then the next day they said I'm hired. There are a lot of red flags with this company. The positive reviews on Trustpilot are probably fake too. Be cautious and do your research before engaging with them.
I too received multiple emails from someone offering me a position as secretary to the director from stella.warren @arni-services.com, having no prior secretarial experience I questioned why they chose my resume which has no prior secretarial experience noted. There are a number of red flags here offering me the position without any sort of interview, video or audio only. It is disappointing as the pay immediately offered was what I was looking for, without any sort of negotiation, thankfully I looked the email up & confirmed that others have also received similar emails & that this “job offer” is indeed another scam attempt

Genuine companies have structured hiring processes and clear communication. Be cautious, and avoid providing personal information or handling funds for such "employers." Note: They had Nigerian accent. All these reviews here are probably faked!
