Received the wrong item and contacted them on February 24th. No response. Followed up on February 28th, still no reply. After waiting weeks, I disputed the charge with my bank, who gave them 10 business days to respond. No reply. They finally emailed me on March 26th, accusing me of theft because I disputed the charge. I informed them they needed to contact their bank, but they continued to deflect. I attempted to return the incorrect item but received no further communication. If I could give "0" stars, I would. Their professionalism was severely lacking, and I cannot recommend this service.
