I placed an order for a bonnet for my daughter on December 7, and it finally arrived today, January 3. I reached out to the company twice via email and also tried messaging them on Instagram to inquire about the delay, but received no response whatsoever. I will not be making any future purchases from them.
I want to be helpful, but it's challenging given how my order has been managed. I placed my order on December 8th, and as of the 24th, it still hasn't shipped. Despite numerous emails to the company and customer support, I receive the same generic replies... "we're very busy, please be patient, etc." For the past four days, it has shown that the post office is aware my package is ready, but they're still waiting for the company to hand it over for processing. I'm quite upset as it clearly won't arrive by Christmas. I ordered from another seller in Canada two weeks ago and received it in just six days. I really wish the company would improve their website to include a "ship by schedule" to ensure timely delivery for the holidays. I'm very disappointed with this experience. I enjoy their content on social media, but ordering has been a frustrating ordeal. I won't make this mistake again.
I strongly advise against ordering from this seller. I placed my order on November 24th, and it only arrived on December 22nd. The only reason it was sent was due to numerous complaints made on social media. I was informed that I would receive the wrong item, and unfortunately, that turned out to be true. After a month, I still did not receive the bonnet I had paid for. The seller does not respond to inquiries and shows no concern for customers' payments. They exploit religious sentiments to profit on social media. This seller has deceived many individuals. Contacted the seller multiple times via email and messaging but only received vague assurances. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank soon.
