Placed an order on November 10 and received a non-working tracking number. Over 30 days later, I still haven't received the $145 worth of merchandise. I asked customer service for an update or refund and was told it would be addressed this week. The lack of honesty and customer service is appalling. I attempted to leave a review on social media and was blocked.
