I placed an order on 10/29/25 and a shipping label was created on 11/11/25, yet I have never received the item. Currently, there has been no refund issued. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no response until I left a negative review on a social media page. Following that, I faced gaslighting and hostility from some individuals associated with the service. There’s even a dedicated social media page where other customers share similar experiences.
