I had the worst customer service experience! My fridge/freezer, just three months old, stopped working. I waited two weeks for an engineer who arrived with a terrible attitude. He was dismissive when I explained the issue. Apparently, it can't be repaired, and I received no information on when a replacement would arrive. The original supplier has been helpful in providing a temporary solution, but the company's response has been lacking. I filed a complaint and was told it would be escalated, but I am still waiting for a response after multiple calls and emails.
