Awful machine stay away
Fitted an integrated dishwasher in late 2022. Constant leaks and errors codes until I moved and glued the sealant in place.
Then it stopped causing problems until this week now it's stopped working again. Fault codes are useless and normally irrelevant.

5-Year Warranty on Wine Chiller Useless Due to Lack of Parts

The 5-year warranty on the wine chiller is ineffective because there are no available parts. After significant delays, a replacement was agreed upon, but it arrived without necessary fittings and the old unit was not removed. Attempts to contact the support team regarding the warranty, as advertised on the chiller, were unsuccessful. Companies should not provide warranties if they cannot resolve issues!

Disappointing Quality of Appliances

The quality of the appliances is extremely poor! I purchased an integrated oven five years ago, and after two years, the element broke just outside of warranty. I replaced it, but the new one failed after three years. Now I need to replace it again, and the company claims it's not their issue since it's out of warranty. I'm very frustrated and disappointed. I would advise anyone considering purchasing an oven from this company to reconsider.

Terrible Customer Service Experience

I had the worst customer service experience! My fridge/freezer, just three months old, stopped working. I waited two weeks for an engineer who arrived with a terrible attitude. He was dismissive when I explained the issue. Apparently, it can't be repaired, and I received no information on when a replacement would arrive. The original supplier has been helpful in providing a temporary solution, but the company's response has been lacking. I filed a complaint and was told it would be escalated, but I am still waiting for a response after multiple calls and emails.

The time taken for parts to arrive was outrageous. During the first engineer visit, not all parts were installed, and I was told it was fixed. When I tested the appliance, it was still leaking. On the second visit, the engineer failed to bring the necessary parts from the first visit. I've been without a dishwasher for two months.

Like others have mentioned, the wait times for customer service calls are excessively long. The engineer did not arrive within the scheduled time window, and there were no updates provided. I felt stuck in a call-wait queue for around 45 minutes. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
