I rang Monday or Tuesday to report problem. Engineer scheduled for 31st. Wonderful service and charming lady on the phone. Graham arrived sorted the problem and more. Really charming chap. Very polite, courteous and very his work was very clean and tidy. We bought our CDA cooker 11 years ago and very little has gone wrong with it. At over 80 years old we received first class service and we so appreciate the way we were looked after. Many thanks to all concerned. The Smiths.
