Poor communication and service not worth!!

Poor communication and no services worth the fee I paid them. I was looking for some customized Experience certificate content which closely ties with what I do, sadly they came back with the template I believe they are using for the ACS code with very little customization or little understanding of my work. Which rendered many of the roles described as irrelevant, when I asked them to call me for discussing this in details they denied saying they cannot hold discussion with the writers and I can only email. Even when I emailed in detail asking question, I got back a reply in a one liner saying I have to follow what they have prepared.

Very disappointed by the service

Very disappointed by the service. I wasted my time and money. I forwarded my CDR and CV to them for review so that they can verify it meets the required standards. CDRAUSTRALIA.ORG asked for 50% fees in advance and we asked to return the fees they sent a threatening email to complaint against me to Engineers Australia Do not trust them at all.
