I contacted them for writing my CDR package and this is my feedback:1. They increased the quoted price by almost 20% after understanding that I have shallow knowledge on the procedures.2. They were late at delivering the papers (though minor issue)3. After going through their work, I gave them some queries and corrections. Surprisingly, everytime they were sending me the same documents (without correcting).4. Once I have got RFI from the assessors, I contacted with them and forwarded the comments of the assessor. They did not address any of the corrections and instead they just added some drawings (supplied by me).5. They don't answer your mail and they don’t have any coordinations among the team.

Very bad service. Cdraustralia.org is a fraud website. I sent to them my draft CDR. and I paid the fees they sent to me after two weeks a copy of my CDR on new papers. I asked them for refund they blocked me on WhatsApp and never replied on my emails. They don't have phone no. Only WhatsApp .the bank account is indian bank account not in Australia as they say. They are scammers and all the positive comments written here I think it's their comments to increase the rate. I have all evidence and I can provide them to anyone as proof. Don't try Cdraustralia.org or you will lose your time and money
