As a first time buyer, Justina has been patiently explained the details on a purchase, being organized on documentations. She never left phone calls or emails unattended. I selected this firm as they were recommended by the estate agent managing a property that I purchased. An estimated completion and exchange date was written at the time of my offer being accepted. Then, began a long process of trying to get clear answers and any timely and useful information about the status of the process, what was still needed, and a estimated changes to the date for the completion and exchange. I was extremely dissatisfied with the communication, which was escalated to partners in the firm. This helped some, but by then we were behind schedule for no good reason. Very disappointing.
Michael Twum-Barima and Richard Showan, along with Leyla Abdurrahman, were incredibly instrumental and thorough in handling my purchase, and I can't thank them enough for their diligence especially given the challenges posed by the solicitors representing the lenders. Meera has greatly helped me securing this mortgage. I was first time buyer with little idea of the process. She was very diligent, guiding me through out the course. There were delays from the seller's solicitor but still Meera was very responsive which greatly helped me closing out before Christmas.
