We contacted the service late at night due to our dog's illness, and we were really worried about waiting until the next day. We received a response almost immediately and were connected to a vet after a brief triage. The vet was very helpful, kind, and understanding. Uploading photos and videos for proper assessment was easy. They provided advice and scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next morning to check for improvements. This service was included in our insurance plan, and I can't recommend it enough. 10/10 service. Thank you so much!

Reassurance when needed

I used the online vet chat to get guidance for managing a cat with pancreatitis, mainly for reassurance. I connected with a vet quickly, who was fantastic in acknowledging my stress and asking relevant questions. They recommended a supplement to try. AI Scam - Avoid

This is an AI scam! The insurance service is nothing but a malfunctioning AI chatbot. They claim to offer consultations, but it's just a chatbot, and you can never reach a real person. I will have to pay for my pet's care now because getting past the AI chat is impossible.
