This has been the most disappointing experience I've encountered. I ordered CDs in October, and while the representative was friendly during the order, communication ceased as soon as the payment was processed. They stopped answering calls, and emails became increasingly frustrating as they continually changed the expected delivery date, offering excuse after excuse for the delay. By December, they completely stopped responding to my emails. Thankfully, I managed to recover my money through my bank. I missed all the holiday sales and had no CDs for my launch event. I'm truly frustrated.
