This has been the most disappointing experience I've encountered. I ordered CDs in October, and while the representative was friendly during the order, communication ceased as soon as the payment was processed. They stopped answering calls, and emails became increasingly frustrating as they continually changed the expected delivery date, offering excuse after excuse for the delay. By December, they completely stopped responding to my emails. Thankfully, I managed to recover my money through my bank. I missed all the holiday sales and had no CDs for my launch event. I'm truly frustrated.
Where to start!? I placed an order with a service back in early November 2025, and now it's January 2026—two months later—and not only has my order not arrived, but the company is completely ignoring my messages. After some research, it seems that the parent organization (which is processing payments for this service under a different name) was officially removed from the business register in 2021!? So this service is collecting payments under the name of a defunct entity!? HUGE RED FLAG STAY AWAY

I waited seven weeks for a product that never arrived. There has been no communication from the company for the past four weeks, and my emails have gone unanswered. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back through my bank. I cannot recommend ordering from them.

Initial communication was excellent; they were responsive and sent sample copies. However, when the finished product arrived, only half of the CDs were included. The company blamed the delivery service, and when that didn't work out, they promised to reprint and send the missing CDs along with extra ones at a discount. After that, communication ceased entirely, despite multiple attempts to reach out from me and others. They've been paid for 800 CDs but only delivered 300. Now, it's off to small claims court, which will be a long and costly process.
