I submitted the CD artwork for review and requested to send an amended file for changes. However, my new artwork was ignored, along with my messages asking for updates. In the end, they modified the original artwork and sent sleeves that were not what I had designed, claiming the new version was better. My questions regarding this issue have also gone unanswered.
