There is a complete lack of customer support. A typo in my name on the ticket became a major issue. I attempted to resolve it through their hotline and emails, but their online check-in was also nonfunctional. I strongly advise against using this airline; if an error occurs, there is no way to correct it. They don’t even have the decency to respond with a simple acknowledgment.
